Sometimes it good to get back to NSR...I may have technical issues, and I may be a bit rusty, but it at least allows me to play whatever I want, without worrying about language contained within tracks thats the joy of an online broadcast, there's a little less to worry about. I'm not entirely sure where that question appeared from, it just struck me as a curious question. Anyway moving on I played my penultimate show on Utopia Fm last night for this FM broadcast at least, and here is the tracklist...tonight I will be back on air on NSRFM sorry about the one week absence...this summer I promise to put the Forward Motion house in order, we will have something more than just music and me introducing the tracks, I promise...

Firstly sadly have to say that tonights Forward Motion on NSRFM is off, there is a myriad of reasons behind this but it is off tonight...next week we should be back.
